The Corporate Financing Solutions Group (CFSG) at JM Financial is a dedicated credit platform providing the entire gamut of financing solutions comprising advisory, balance sheet lending and debt capital market services to our corporate clients. The product offerings of CFSG include capital market financing, investment grade / fixed income placements, structured lending as well as high grade and high yield credit sales, trading and syndication of all debt financing products.
Loans under this segment are typically short-term advances and primarily cater to the finance requirements of clients under our broking and wealth management businesses. Strong synergies within our businesses enables cross-selling of these financial products across our wealth management and investment banking verticals.
CAPITAL MARKET LENDING BUSINESS
The Bespoke Finance Group aims to meet the capital requirements of Promoters and operating companies, such as Promoter stake accretion, acquisition financing, debt refinancing and consolidation, growth funding, bridge to equity fund-raising etc. Our focus is to understand the exact requirement of our clients and structure an optimal financing package of traditional and structured lending products, across a range of tenors, backed by diverse collaterals and guarantees. We strive to add greater value to our clients by offering financing advisory and capital structure solutions along with balance sheet commitment.
We carry out debt trading transactions in government securities and non-SLR securities. We undertake syndication and distribution of loans and fixed income paper.
Investment Grade Group focuses on raising debt capital for corporate clients, investment advisory and active dealing in corporate bonds. The focus of the business is on mobilizing debt capital for corporates by way of distribution to various investor segments, sales and distribution in secondary bond markets and credit research.
