Sam Kamath is the Managing Director for South and is based in Bangalore.
Sam brings 25+ years of rich experience in TMT and Infrastructure. He has assisted enterprises in M&A and raising capital globally including in India, US, and Middle East.
Prior to JM Financial, he was at Axis Capital as Managing Director – NEG, and EVP – Head of Technology at ICICI Securities, wherein he had led several marquee IPO transactions. He was also the CFO of Mu Sigma, a data analytics pioneer. Prior to this, he has worked in the USA for 16+ years and was lastly an investment banker based in New York.
Sam has an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, MO and BE in electronics and communications from Mysore University.
