Venugopal Nyalapelli serves as Managing Director at JM Financial, where he leads investment banking coverage for the Infrastructure, Building Materials, Metals & Mining sectors, and Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs). With over two decades of investment banking experience—including an 18-year tenure at JM Financial—he has built a robust track record of advising marquee clients on complex corporate finance transactions. His comprehensive advisory portfolio includes equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity syndication, and mezzanine financing.
