Mr. Madan comes with an extensive experience of over 32 years in financial services including strategic development. His forte is retail expansion with experience & track of set up of retail franchisee business across the entire geography of the country. At JM Financial Services he leads nationwide expansion and has a proven track record of maximizing growth potential of a range of businesses.

Prior to joining JM Financial Services, he was associated with Religare Securities for over 18 years where he was responsible for leading equity broking business, while developing new products and strategies to drive business. 

Post graduation he has worked with Gadgil Western Group managing Retail Distribution & Sales in both strategic & operation roles.

He has a deep passion for capital markets. 

He has a strong presence in the media as well as social media. He frequently appears on news channels and actively connects with market audience for his views on markets.
