Deven Shah brings over 25 years of financial services experience spanning risk management, structured finance, and capital markets. As Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer at JM Financial Credit Solutions Ltd., he oversees a diversified lending portfolio with strategic focus on real estate and promoter financing. In addition to leading the risk function, Deven provides oversight across all control functions, including operations, credit, and monitoring, and serves on key committees such as ALCO and IT Strategy.

Prior to joining JM Financial, Deven held senior leadership roles at Kotak Mahindra Group, where he served as Chief Risk Officer for its wholesale NBFC platform. He was instrumental in maintaining one of the industry's healthiest balance sheets. His earlier tenure includes impactful contributions to debt market origination, project finance, and structured lending, having led transactions across telecom, renewables, infrastructure, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.

Deven holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Lucknow and is a Chartered Accountant with national merit rankings.
