Vikas has over 21 years of professional experience, including more than 18 years with JM Financial.
Mr. Kothari has built a distinguished career in investment banking. He began his journey with Morgan Stanley before joining JM Financial, where he has steadily progressed to now lead the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice. He has been instrumental in leading several domestic and cross border transactions. A seasoned Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Mr. Kothari brings deep expertise in structuring and executing complex M&A transactions, providing strategic solutions to a wide range of clients.
