He has over three decades of rich experience having been closely associated with every major evolution of the capital markets in India, such as the book-building process and the take-over regulations before taking over the Real Estate Advisory team at JM Financial. He has extensive experience in real estate and has led multiple capital market fund raises and M&A across residential, commercial, REITs, retails and hospitality. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and Masters Degree in Economics and Management
