Mr. Devan Kampani has over 27 years of extensive and specialised experience in the field of Investment Banking. Mr. Kampani has been actively involved in advising large groups within the Industrial and Infrastructure sectors on corporate strategy, fund raising options and value enhancement strategies involving complex mergers, acquisitions, amalgamations and restructurings.
Mr. Kampani is a qualified Chartered Accountant and completed his MBA from New York University – Stern School of Business.
