Mr. Prashant Choksi has close to four decades of wide, varied and rich experience spread across various organizations such as Sharp & Tannan, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, Khatau Group of companies, HDFC Ltd. and JM Financial group of companies. He has been actively involved in the activities of some of the industry bodies/associations over the years.

Mr. Choksi holds a Bachelor degree of Commerce (Hons.) from the University of Bombay and is also a Law Graduate. He is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi.
