Has been with the JM Financial Group for over 17 years

He is currently heading coverage for General Industrials, Aviation, Logistics, Oil & Gas and Defence

Before assuming role in client coverage, he was heading the M&A practice at JM Financial and has a rich experience in M&A, having advised some of the leading Indian and global clients on several landmark transactions

Sandeep has managed various Capital Market issues including the Initial Public Offerings, Qualified Institutional Placements, Rights Issues, etc
