Vinay Jaising is a CFA Charter Holder and holds a double Masters degree, both in Finance and Science. He has over 29 years of experience in the Indian equity markets. As an engineer he worked with Tata Honeywell Ltd. for 3 years prior to his MMS.

Mr. Jaising was a campus recruit from business school for JM Financial in 1995 which eventually tied up with Morgan Stanley, wherein he spend over two decades, a decade as Managing Director. There his main task was Heading Asian Oil and Gas as well Indian Telecoms Research. He was Lead analysts in most polls for India as well as ranked No.1 team for multiple years. He also helped in asian research product management.

Prior to joining JM Financial, he was with ENAM AMC, acting as the Portfolio manager of their EIDEA platform PMS since October 2019. Products managed by Mr. Jaising had assets under management of over US$ 250 million, invested by the top Ultra HNI clients of India. During his tenure the fund performance Improved the performance ranking from the 4th quartile to top quartile. He was also part of the core team helping manage over US$ 3 bn of Assets under management, including money from global pension funds. He also advised the Kotak Optimus Platform since inception (December 2019), which has beaten the Nifty 50 handsomely, during his tenure. He was also the Head of Overall Research, managing an 11-member team.
